TNC-Components OÜ has more than 120 employees, both in Estonia, Finland and Sweden.
We are very proud that every fifth employee works in our company for more than 15 years!
TNC-Components OÜ has worked closely with the Unemployment Fund for many years, being an official cooperation partner since 2018 and constantly using the help of the Unemployment Fund to find the necessary employees! In 2016, the Ida-Virumaa department of the Estonian Unemployment Insurance Fund chose TNC-Components OÜ as the employer of the year.
We have developed and successfully implemented programs for training the necessary specialists in the workplace within the company. We also consciously contribute to the next generation of specialists by cooperating with Ida-Virumaa Vocational Education Center and TalTech Kohtla-Järve College and offering internships to about 15 students every year.
We like to spend time together outside of working hours, which is why we organize joint events for our employees! We believe that it helps to create the right team spirit and get to know each other better!
